hi there ... well it has been a really long time since i blogged .. well its because i was at my church's youth camp ..... it was really really good ... i enjoyed myself so much .. for those who couldnt make it .. u missed such a wonderful event .. i think this camp actually bonded our youths even more .. am so glad i stayed over .... IT WAS THE BEST CAMP EVER !!well got lots of pics to upload ... and some of the pics i took from my dear friend .. the game coordinator since he will upload the pics on the events that happened day by day .. i have to do that too .. hahahah thanks alot nat .. i couldnt bring my cam la.. ya la shocking rite .. a cam whore like me .. haizz what to do .. okie okie ...
DAY 1 (29th night )
well i was supposed to be in church by 7.30pm .. but u see since i am working and importantly i am a INDIAN .. hahah i reached church only at 9 plus .. ponna last minute packing ... i had to bring a lot of things .. comforter , pillows ect .. my parents were like asking me if i was running away from home and even asked me to pack my whole bed set .. hahaha nice ha .. anyway i and my cousin ended up taking a taxi and reached there late late ... .
we played our first game .. bible quiz .. hahaha i wont really read bible .. and even if i read i cant remember details .. luckily nicolas was in the group .. a boy who reads the bible .. hahaha had so much fun laughing ... we came up with weird weird answers ... lolzz and the irony was that .. we won .. YES WE did ... and we get to choose our groups .. and we chose SamSon due to the double strength... cool ... my group had paul anneh , hannah , jonna , nicolas ,tharmodaran , lavania ,varsagi , kumaran , jaba .... .. ho yes i forgot to tell that each group has powers where they can use it for the games ...
The groups and powers are as follows..
Adam - 1st man (adam gets a 15 second head start)
Paul - Blind man's dilemma (1 or 2 members of each of the other groups must now complete the game blindfolded)
Samson - double strength (when a game requires 1 member to do a task, samson may send 2 members to do it)
Leah - So blessed (Leah may use 2 additional items of their choice to help them in the game)
Micah - Prophecy (Micah predicts which team comes in 1st and 2nd, if they get a prediction correct, they can choose to exchange their points with the team they predict correctly, or double their points)
after the games ... all went to sleep .. the knock out time is 11.00pm, .... so by the time we prepared the place to sleep ect was so late ... and we couldnt sleep properly cos it was sooo cold .. and the floor was hard .. so all were chit chatting and disturbing each other ... lolzz .. love my gals !!
30TH (Morning)
in the morning we had prayers where guest speaker bro edward zaccheus talked reflecting on ourself .. and how we see us .. learnt alot on that day ... thanks lord for always loving me no matter how sinful i am ... after that we had our lunch .. yum yum .. once lunch was over ... we were back to action again .... Games !! we played fuseball and POW.. for fuseball we only had to use 5 people in our team . 2 pairs have to tie each other at the elbow and try to score goal but without leaving their marked areas ... and since paul activated their powers , it made the game even more challenging ... two members have to blindfold themselves.. so funny la.. i was blindfold two times .. so jus stood there like one blind laydee like that .. haizz .. but it was fun jus hearing team members screaming to kick the ball .. wso eventually Paul won .. their powers actually helped them .... after that we played POW .. but it was so chaotic with everyone jus running and splashing waters that the games points were not counted .. lolzz ...
after the games , all went to bath and eat ... i had to go for tution so wasnt there for the evening games and sessions .... heard they played some game called battleship .. and SamSon won that game!!!!! i reached church only at 10 plus .. so damn tired .. the supper was honeydew sago .. ya this one all i remember clearly one .. lolzzz
